Our Services

We specialize in NDT (Non Destructive Testing), repairing, rebuilding and recertification of flow line equipment such as chicksan swivel joints, pup piping (lubricator), plug valves, check valves, relief valves, and a host of other related fittings and adapters. The following is an example of the testing methods we offer our customers:

PUMP at PLANT RESIZED

  • Visual Inspection: Is used to identify any damages, flaws, defects or excess wear that may be present in flow line and other components.
  • Ultrasonic Thickness Testing: Is used to measure the wall thicknesses of flow line components. This is necessary in order to confirm that the components meet minimum acceptable wall thickness specifications.
  • Hydrostatic Pressure Testing: Is used to confirm that components do not have any leaks or manufacturing defects which may result in leakage. It also verifies that the strength of the components are suitable for service.
  • Magnetic Particle Inspection: Is used to detect cracks, rounding or other linear discontinuities when present in ferromagnetic materials.
  • Hardness Testing: Is used to determine a metals ability to resist irreversible deformation. This deformation may be witnessed through cutting, abrasion, scratching or becoming bent, broken or having its shape permanently changed.

We furnish our customers with proof of certification for all equipment which successfully complete the inspection and testing process. We do so by installing new or updated bands on the equipment, by making electronic reports available online via desktop, laptop, smart phone or tablet. We make every attempt to post the electronic reports within 48 hours after the testing has been completed. Paper copies of the test reports are also available upon request. Our home service center is located in Devers, Tx. and we have two satellite locations, one in Poteet Tx. and one in Coushatta La. In addition to these physical locations, our company has a mobile testing unit that can bring our Level I or II services directly to the customer. Our customers are responsible for supplying water for any mobile hydro-testing done at their location. We prefer a minimum of three days notice to schedule the mobile unit, but we will do our best to accommodate customers when shorter notice arises. We offer three inspection package options, LEVEL I, LEVEL II and LEVEL III. Each package is designed to provide our customers with a distinctive choice for inspections methods and other services which fit their needs and budget. An outline of those packages are shown below. We always work with our customers who have needs outside of our package options. Tell us how we can help you.
